All items are from a smoke free home. Not living close to the postal service we try to send within seven days after payment. All sales are final, unless a mistake is made on our side which we will happily fix.
SHIPPING:
We ship using the USPS (United States Postal Service). SHIPPING INSURANCE is extra and will not be added unless requested. Roses and Rubies Store is not responsible for items which are lost or damaged by the USPS nor are we responsible for manufacturer defects. Please contact us if you need a custom invoice for multiple items purchased.
